The Process

1. Please record (vertically in one file) any and all new construction homes in your market. (Only new builds at this time - preferably the model homes)
2. Submit the request via the workflow below (do NOT email or DM it)
3. We will edit the raw file to a 45-59 second short form video for you
4. You then upload everywhere (IG Reels, FB Reels, YT Shorts, TikTok)

Requirements

2. Must be shot in vertical video

How to Shoot the Video (one continuous, vertical, slow shot...we only need one file) 1 - Start recording the front of the house from the other side of the street, pan to the left and then to the right (try to avoid cars in the front...if not possible, then cross the street to the side of the house and pan left and pan right) 2 - Then walk towards the home and open the door 3 - Kitchen or main living area whatever comes first (get wide shot panning across each) 4 - Two detailed shots from each like the lights, counter, stove etc. 5 - Then walking into one of the bedrooms 6 - Then a shot of the master 7 - Then an outdoors shot walking through the door 8 - If you have stairs go the top and pan face the camera down the stairs and pan up (take your viewer on the journey without physically taking them up and down each step.) LOL 9 - Another outdoors shot of patio from the outer side showing the house. 10 - Show cool things close up like the BBQ pits or furniture 11 - Wide shot from back yard to end the video.
