To help us all stay on the same page, here are a few expectations [FAQ]

• Do you work 24/7?
  • While it may appear that way given the speed and the time of the day we are in your HUB, no. The entire team takes Sundays off. So any time quoted is excluding Sunday as the team is not working.
• What is the turnaround time per video?
  • As a whole, expect a turnaround of 48-72 hours per video (we aim to turnaround every video as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality)
• What if I submit multiple videos at once?
  • Your main editor will work on one video first and get that video out first (within 48-72 hours) and then work on the next video. Since we strive for consistency and brand building, we try to keep all of your editing to your main editor.
  • Meaning, if you submit 3 videos at once…
    • Video 1 will be delivered within 48-72 hours (2-3 days)
    • Video 2 will be delivered within 96-120 hours (4-6 days)
    • Video 3 will be delivered within 144-168 hours (6-9 days)
  • Again, most of the time we beat these expectations BY A MILE! However, this will help you prep ahead of time.
• Do I Have to Record the Weekly Monday Video Topic Suggestions?
  • No. Each Monday, we provide YouTube video topic suggestions based on current trends and high-performing content. Every Creator Agent has a unique audience, brand, and content strategy. While we encourage you to take advantage of any topics that align with your content strategy (or slightly modify the topic to better fit your avatar), recording these videos is completely optional. If a suggested topic fits your strategy, great. If not, there is absolutely no pressure or expectation to record it.
• How are video files shared?
  • We prefer you use the Google Drive Folder we created for you. But you are free to use any other cloud based storage.
• Storing and archiving video footage?
  • We do not store your videos for longer than two (2) weeks. So please download all videos to your personal drives.
• How are revisions handled?
  • We welcome every revision request. If there’s something specific you want us to add, please let us know by added at timestamp and what you wish to revise.
• Do you repurpose videos for social media for me?
  • Please download the edited video to your editing software and clip out what you wish to repurpose for social media. (Tip, use - https://www.opus.pro/)
