What the Heck is Agent Attraction?

Agent Attraction (aka: sponsoring agents, building a downline, recruiting, building rev share, etc) is when you SPONSOR an agent that joins eXp Realty.

When an agent joins eXp Realty, they have the option to name a Sponsor (an agent already at eXp Realty) during their onboarding.

You, as the sponsoring agent, will receive revenue share (passive income) as the agent that you sponsor (or any agents they sponsor) closes transactions.

In short…the more agents in your Revenue Share Organization…the more money you make every month passively.

Attraction Mindset

• Agents WANT to work alongside you. Give them that opportunity.

Goal

Below is a VERY achievable goal to get your going. Yes, you can always increase the goal to something more “challenging” but please do NOT dip below the goal set for you below.

Again, this is a very obtainable goal and one that you’ll be grateful to hit!

• Set your goal to sponsor at least ONE real estate agent every single month! That’s it… just ONE agent per month! See…that’s not so bad right?
  • Capping agent yields $2,800 per year
  • If you get a capping agent every month (12 x $2,800) = $33,600 in passive income a year!
  • It’s absolutely possible for you! I’ve done this many times over and will give you the EXACT strategy (along with resources) to do the same.
• I could give SO MANY eye-popping revenue share income scenarios but let’s keep it simple. Focus on sponsoring ONE agent per month at least…
