As a new agent, you will be required to give at least 5 hours a day to your real estate work. And mean it… AT LEAST 5 hours daily.

Some people come into real estate hoping that it can be a part-time job with full-time benefits, but, at least initially, this isn’t the case. You’ll have to put in full-time effort, even if it is your part-time.

For days one and two, focus on educating yourself. Spend at least 10 hours diving into the education that you need to succeed at various tasks. You can source information from everywhere:
